CHECK-IN AND CONDITIONS

I also inform you that, according to the Italian Law, we require our guests to sign a lease agreement at their arrival.
Attached you find a fac-simile copy of the lease agreement just to foresee it.

Attached you will also find the map with the marked location of our office/apartment as well as the directions on how to reach the Agency.

At their arrival, all guests have to show their Identity Card or Passport, including all minors of any age, who have to show an identity document with the personal photo.
If a guest doesn’t have a valid Identity document/passport, s/he cannot stay overnight.

The delivery of the keys will take place at the office, located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
Requests for early delivery should be reported to the Agency and will be satisfied upon availability of the property. In case the apartment will not be ready before 3:00 pm, you can store your cases in our office during its opening hours.

The arrival must be within 7:00pm and the Agency should be informed in advance for any delay that may occur. In case of delays, there is an alternative way to deliver the keys and it is free of charge but without any support of the staff.
Otherwise, there is an extra charge of € 30,00 if you arrive until 22.00 pm, or a charge of € 50,00 if you arrive from 22.00 to 00.00. In this case, the delivery of the keys is done directly at the apartment, but we ask you to inform us about the exact time of arrival and any delays that may occur.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

In case of damage and/or non-compliance with the rules, we may request a payment of up to €300 after check-out via credit card, according to our property's policies.

INVOICE
Our agency issues an invoice by default in the name of the booking guest. Please inform us at the latest at check-in if you need an invoice in the name of a company and provide us with all the details for its header.

PARKING:
Private garage in Via Angelo Scarsellini, n. 19: € 10,00 per day (subject to availability)
Private garage in Vicolo Calcirelli n. 4: € 12,00 per day (subject to availability)


NOTE: If you plan to arrive by taxi, you can keep it outside our office, while we do the check-in, which normally takes a few minutes, and then continue with the same taxi to your apartment.

ATTENTION: Sometimes GPS gives wrong directions, leading you to Corso Porta Palio, n. 25 instead of Corso Castelvecchio, n. 25.
Please, from Corso Porta Palio, n. 25 go straight on and soon after the traffic light, in the little square on the right, you find n. 25. The agency is in front of Castelvecchio (Old Castle).

TOURIST TAX: to be paid on the spot - € 3,50 per day/ per person (>14 yrs) – to be paid in cash.
