The 55 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of Palazzo San Giorgio and can be reached by elevator. Dimora Violetta opens onto a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable relaxation area with an armchair and sofa, which can become a comfortable sofa bed, coffee tables, smart TV and a fine wooden bookcase.
The right wall of the living room is dedicated to the large fully equipped designer kitchen and also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The open-space living area is completed by an elegant glass dining table.
A short corridor leads to the bathroom consisting of a large shower and designer burgundy-colored sanitary ware and a closet with a washing machine located in the anteroom.
